Position Title: Human Resources Assistant
Department: HR/ Administration
Supervisor: Human Resource Director
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and other human resources activities.
Attend job fairs and hiring events to recruit new staff, as required.
Welcomes employment candidates to the organization during the interviewing process.
Provide a tour of the facility for recruits.
Provide ad-hoc reports to Management staff.
Assist with employee relations concerns on an as-needed basis.
Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data for special requests and projects.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Maintain quality service by following organizational standards.
Support all internal and external employment inquiries, requests, special projects, etc.
Other related duties as assigned.

RequirementsSkills and Knowledge Required:
Proven work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or work in a similar field
Working knowledge of HR software, such as Paylocity
Knowledge of labor legislation, laws, and structure
Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments on a timely basis.
Ability to follow directions.
Must be dependable and flexible.
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Intermediate Microsoft Office Software Skills
Exceptional writing skills: punctuation, grammar, and proofreading abilities are a must.
Credentials / Academic Requirements: BS degree in Human Resources or relevant field; required.
