Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Field Operations (Ann Arbor / Multi-Region)
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping build strong teams? DJ's Landscape Management is growing, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple regions.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their recruiting career in a fast-paced, multi-region environment while gaining exposure to field and operations hiring.
This position supports recruiting efforts across multiple branches, working closely with HR leadership to execute hiring strategies while coordinating with operations leaders to move candidates through the interview process. The role plays a key part in delivering a smooth and efficient hiring experience, from sourcing through onboarding.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $55,000 - $65,000 + performance incentives

What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for field and operations roles across multiple regions
- Work with branch leaders to support hiring needs and timelines
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Manage job postings, sourcing, and candidate screening
- Coordinate and support hiring decisions with leadership
- Track hiring activity and support reporting on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, etc.)
- Maintain accurate recruiting data within our ATS
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding
- Support uniform coordination to ensure new hire readiness
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience (high-volume preferred)
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles or locations
- Ability to build sourcing strategies and develop strong candidate pipelines
- Experience with ATS systems and job boards (Indeed preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with leaders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization and follow-through to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with employment laws and recruiting best practices
