The Talent Acquisition (TA) Assistant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience while supporting the firm's Talent Acquisition team and broader HR operations. This position provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support across the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on onboarding, departures, and new hire engagement programs. The Assistant is expected to deliver the highest level of client service while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented culture. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable handling confidential information. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism, sound judgment, and initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding processes for all temporary employees to ensure a smooth and timely start
Process employee and Partner terminations in accordance with firm policies and procedures
Coordinate the firm's Hire CheckIn program for business professionals
Support the onboarding of the firm's Summer and Fall Associates
Monitor the Talent Acquisition department inbox, responding to inquiries or routing messages as appropriate
Provide backup administrative and coordination support to Talent Acquisition Coordinators
Deliver general administrative support to the Human Resources department
Review business professional job postings to ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper grammar; make corrections or recommendations as necessary
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Experience in a talent acquisition/human resources environment strongly preferred
Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel

The actual offered amount will be between the range minimum and midpoint based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.
Milwaukee - $45,500 to $59,200
