Are you seeking a great full time recruiting position? Our client seeks an on-site Recruiter for their location in Santa Maria. This is long term position with possibility of permanent employment.

Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate applicant submissions; conduct pre-screen and structured interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews, including in-person interviews when required.

Post new job openings and refresh postings regularly; sponsor job postings as directed.

Support sourcing efforts through job boards, referrals, and outreach.

Manage onboarding tasks including sending documents, reviewing forms, and assisting candidates.

Complete I-9 verification, E-Verify submissions, and follow-up on discrepancies.

Process new hires with accuracy and timeliness.

Distribute onboarding materials and review expectations with new hires.

Conduct early new-hire check-ins to support engagement and retention.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Provide recruiting or administrative coverage during absences as needed.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred not required.

Excellent communication skills.
