As a Human Resources Business Partner you will provide stregic HR and talent support to designed leaders and employees one or more HCA facilities. You will work to cree a desired workplace culture and an engaged and productive workforce through HCAs policies, programs and practices.

Wh you will do in this role:

• You will engage designed leaders to understand talent needs of the businesses and define people stregies.
• Partner with the VP of HR and the Labor Relions Center of Excellence to support Labor Relions stregy.
• You will provide HR observions reled to departmental issues in meetings and one-on-one to help develop approprie initiives.
• Advise leaders on learning and organizional development which includes program implemention such as ensuring completion of employee development plans, upding the succession plan and implementing other programs and tools.
• Support employee relions, ethics, or compliance investigions.
• Prepare managers for the compension planning process and provide compension budget informion.
• Perform workers comp intake processing, support applicable employee leave of absence or return to work administrion facility level.

Wh you should have for this role:

• Bachelors degree, required.
• You must have a minimum of 3+ years in relevant work experience
• 1 or more years experience must be in a HR department
