We are dedicated to operational excellence, to our guests and to our associates. We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist (Spanish) to join our team! This is an on-site position at our corporate office. Summary: Provides Human Resources guidance and support to Concord leaders and associates. Maintains knowledge of Concord's Human Resources policies, procedures and COPs and ensures compliance with Human Resources practices when working as an on-site HR leader. Responsibilities: Provides HR Generalist support and assists with day-to-day functions in HR - systems and processes.

Acts as a resource for associate relations and ensures compliance of state and federal employment laws, and company policies and procedures.

Ensures proper disciplinary action is taken with respect to Concord's established guidelines. Delivers and assists with new hire orientation and onboarding processes. Ensures all associates have completed required training. Actively supports and participates in property and corporate sponsored programs and events. Administers and maintains accurate records of necessary federal, state, and local reports as required by the applicable laws, and Concord COPs. Assists with Human Resources projects as needed. Heavy travel required, when not working at the corporate office Qualifications: Bilingual Spanish required Prior Human Resources experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical skills. Customer Service focused. Ability to build strong relationships and can handle confidential materials in a professional manner. Able to multi-task, work independently, work in a fast-paced team environment.
