In this role, you'll...

2-5 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred, bringing confidenceand expertise to every conversation.Comfortable operating essential office tools-including telephone systems,10-key, and personal computers.High-energy, driven, creative, and persuasive team player who brings strongattention to detail and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn newsystems.Exceptional communicator-clear, confident, and engaging across written,verbal, and listening channels.Self-motivated and independent, thriving in an environment where you cantake initiative and make things happen.

Hunt down top driving talent using ATS's proven processes-bringing inrock-star truck drivers who raise the bar.Reach out fast! Connect with qualified applicants within 24 hours to keepthe excitement (and momentum) rolling.Become a program expert, walking drivers through our different drivingopportunities to find their perfect ATS fit.Team up with Operations Driver Support & Safety Coordinators to get drivercandidates pre-approved and ready for orientation day.Make great hiring calls and get drivers scheduled for orientation like apro.Champion the sign-on experience, tracking applications, keeping candidatesengaged, and celebrating those "You're approved!" moments.Coordinate orientation with precision, placing drivers in the rightdivisions and wrapping up all pre-orientation tasks on time.

Compensation & Benefits

Total cash compensation range of this position is $58,000 to 74,000 + whichincludes a base salary range starting at $40,000 - $50,000 + plusposition-specific incentive. Base salary offered is determined by relevantexperience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared toothers doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary,employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can varydepending on individual and/or company performance.Anderson Trucking Service is committed to supporting our employees with acomprehensive benefits package. Employees will have the opportunity to enroll ina variety of benefit programs including health, dental, and vision insurance, aswell as a 401k retirement savings plan effective on the first of the monthfollowing 60 days of employment.
