Compensation: $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission

We're expanding our team of Recruitment Consultants across banking & finance, regulatory & insurance, legal, and quant markets. You'll begin by supporting experienced recruiters, focusing on sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates for active roleswith the opportunity to grow into a 360 consultant position over time.

What You'll Be Doing

Partner with senior recruiters to identify and engage mid-to-senior-level candidates across specialized markets.

Build strong relationships with candidates while learning the fundamentals of recruitment and market operations.

Support business development activity and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Earn uncapped commission on successful placements.
