Human Resources (HR) Director

A healthcare organizion loced in the Buffalo, NY area is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to oversee all HR operions in a skilled nursing and rehabilition setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily HR functions and nursing department scheduling

• Act as liaison with Payroll and Benefits Administrion

• Supervise front desk staff

• Ensure Department of Labor and Department of Health compliance for all new hires

• Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes

• Partner with department heads on employee relions, including discipline and separions

• Participe in management meetings and support organizional goals

Qualificions:

• Prior HR or staffing experience required

• HR degree or formal training preferred

• Strong knowledge of HR administrion and compliance

• Excellent communicion, organizional, and problem-solving skills
