Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Communications and Change Management Specialist for a contract to hire opportunity with a Major Financial Services Firm located in McLean, VA.

This role will support enterprise and divisional initiatives by translatingplex technology and business topics into clear, concisemunications and practical change enablement content for employees and leaders. The specialist will support change and adoption efforts through messaging and enablement materials in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide support for enterprise and divisional initiatives through clear, accuratemunications and practical change enablement content

Translateplex technology and business topics into concise, usable content for employees and leaders

Support change and adoption efforts through messaging and enablement content

Independently research, evaluate, and summarizeplex information with accuracy

Perform effectively in a fast-moving, high-visibility, high-expectations environment

Requirements:

Provable successful experience in internal or externalmunication

Strong writing and editing skills

Experience drafting and developing businessmunications, creating and updating job aids, and supporting ongoing content updates

Change management experience and strong operational coordination/logistics skills

Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft PowerPoint with intermediate to advanced SharePoint skills

Basic video editing capabilities

Excellent written and verbalmunication skills

Pay range: $38.53 - $42.63 per hour
