Teresa, Staffmark Associate Responsibilities: HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee files and records in compliance with regulations Respond to inquiries from agencies (DOL, Workforce Commission, etc.) Process employment verifications and support employee changes and reviews Payroll & Benefits: Process bi-weekly payroll (Paylocity experience a plus) Audit timesheets for accuracy and compliance Manage deductions, garnishments, and child/medical support orders Assist employees with benefits enrollment, claims, and questions Recruiting & Onboarding: Partner with managers to identify hiring needs Post jobs, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews Support onboarding and new hire processes Safety Coordination: Act as liaison between employees and third-party safety provider Coordinate safety training and maintain records Schedule pre-employment, random, and post-accident testing Assist with incident reporting and case management Requirements: General HR experience required (certification not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of payroll processes and HR compliance Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail Professional, organized, and team-oriented Join a Team That Works for You At Staffmark, we're more than just a staffing companywe're your career partner.
