Part-Time Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Bilingual Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish and has a passion for connecting talent with opportunities. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.

Schedule & Compensation:
25 hours per week (schedule flexible)
Monday- Friday schedule
$21/hr. starting pay

Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews in both languages
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards is a plus
