Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support employee training and development initiatives in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role will be responsible for coordinating training schedules, managing administrative logistics, maintaining training records, and ensuring a smooth experience for both employees and facilitators. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and meetings Manage training calendars, invitations, attendance tracking, and follow-up communications Prepare training materials, presentations, reports, and supporting documentation Maintain accurate training records, databases, spreadsheets, and compliance documentation Serve as a point of contact for employees, trainers, and managers regarding training schedules and logistics Support onboarding coordination for new hires including orientation scheduling and materials preparation Assist with tracking training completion, certifications, and employee participation Coordinate travel arrangements, room bookings, catering, and virtual meeting logistics when needed Support ongoing process improvements and administrative projects related to learning and development initiatives Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, and internal systems to manage reporting and day-to-day coordination Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative, training coordination, HR support, or corporate support experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail Professional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Experience supporting onboarding, training programs, or employee development initiatives is a plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
