As the Director of Human Resources, you will lead & execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with organizational goals. You will partner with leadership & PEO providers to drive compliant, efficient HR operations while overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, HR systems, & workforce planning to enhance engagement & retention. Our best-in-class benefits package includes: Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, & vision insurance to support your overall well-being Retirement planning: 403b program with employer contributions to help secure your future Financial protection: Employer-sponsored life & disability insurance Flexible financial tools: Health savings accounts (HSA) & flexible spending accounts (FSA + DCA) Work-life balance: Generous paid time off & a supportive work environment aligned with operational needs To thrive as the Director of Human Resources, you should have: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master?s preferred; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or equivalent HR credential preferred 7-10+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience, including expertise in HR strategy, compliance, employee relations, leave management, benefits administration & organizational development Demonstrated experience with PEO models, HRIS systems, payroll platforms, & employment law compliance, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace Strong expertise & experience in recruitment & retention Your responsibilities as the Director of Human Resources will include: Lead strategic human resources leadership, aligning HR strategy, workforce planning, & organizational development with mission-driven education & adult services operations Manage PEO vendor partnerships & HR compliance, ensuring delivery of payroll, benefits administration, risk management, & employment law adherence (federal, state, local regulations) Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition & retention strategies, including recruitment marketing, onboarding optimization, workforce analytics, & employee engagement initiatives Direct HR operations & HRIS systems management, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, & seamless integration across payroll, benefits, & internal platforms Guide employee relations, performance management, & policy development, resolving complex workplace issues while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture Oversee employee housing program H1-B visa administration Requirements: Legal authorization to work in the US Suitable background check result (CORI,SORI, DCF) & fingerprinting required. CPR/AED/Standard First Aid certified or willingness to obtain Ability to navigate a large campus as needed with extended walking, climbing stairs.
