About the Role To Apply for this Job Click Here A highly respected, global law firm is seeking an experienced Law Student Recruiting Manager to lead and manage law student and entrylevel attorney recruiting for its Chicago office . Position Overview This role will oversee the full lifecycle of law student and entrylevel recruiting, including strategy, execution, hiring, and integration. The Manager will partner closely with firm leadership, practice group heads, recruiting committees, and the broader attorney recruiting and talent team. This individual will also directly manage two recruiting professionals and play a key role during the summer associate program. Key Responsibilities Lead law student and entrylevel recruiting strategy and execution for the Chicago office Manage and develop two direct reports Partner closely with firm leadership, recruiting committees, and senior recruiting leaders Oversee oncampus recruiting, interview programs, summer associate programming, offers, and integration Coordinate with firmwide attorney recruiting and talent teams to ensure consistency and best practices Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of direct law firm recruiting experience required Prior peoplemanagement or supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of law student and entrylevel recruiting processes Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and committees Work Model Hybrid schedule: 3-4 days in office , with flexibility for 5 days when needed A1457691CHI-PERM_...
