HR Compensation - Total Rewards Manager Position Type: Contract (W2) Duration: 24 + Months Location: Onsite - Dayton, OH ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE Medix is currently seeking an HR Manager to oversee a team and a Total Rewards / Compensation program with our healthcare client. Our client is a large Healthcare Organization partnering with Medix to bring on additional support as they embark on an implementation to a new Finance & Accounting Platform (Workday). This role will be reporting to an Interim Director and will be reviewing contracts to ensure the integrity, fairness, and accuracy of compensation. RESPONSIBILITIES Total Rewards Program Oversight: Manage all active compensation programs, including annual merit increase cycles, annual market analysis, and premium pay programs. Team Leadership: Overseeing the day to day operations for a team of 3 HR Analysts. Strategic Consulting: Serve as the subject matter expert for compensation issues across the network, providing guidance to HR leaders and senior management. Job Evaluation: Lead the ad-hoc analysis of new and changed positions to ensure proper internal equity and market alignment. Strategic Communication: Design and execute communication strategies to educate management and employees on compensation policies and procedures. Project Management: Guide new initiatives and process improvements, ensuring all projects meet strict deadlines and organizational objectives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience Minimum of 2 years specific focused experience in Compensation and Total Rewards. Demonstrated experience managing / leading professional-level teams Advanced technical competency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables), Word, PowerPoint. Deep expertise in Salary Review, Compensation Benchmarking, Job Evaluation, and Compensation Structures.
