We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and technology-driven Human Capital Management (HCM) Training Specialist to support enterprise-wide HR initiatives focused on talent acquisition, performance management, and HR systems training.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training, supporting HR technology implementations, and assisting HR teams with system adoption and best practices. This role will work closely with HR professionals, recruiters, and stakeholders to provide training, consultation, reporting, and system support related to a modern HRIS platform.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and multimedia training sessions related to HR systems and talent management programs.
Train recruiters and HR teams on recruiting workflows, hiring best practices, talent pool optimization, internship program development, and performance management processes.
Support enterprise HR system adoption and process improvements.
Develop, update, and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
Conduct hands-on training using system training environments and learning tools.
Research and implement HR systems training best practices for continuous improvement.
Analyze HR-related data and prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and documentation.
Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including course enrollments, learning paths, and training records management.
Respond to requests from internal stakeholders and provide functional support related to HR training initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and successful program delivery.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED with 3+ years of HR-related experience
OR
1+ year of experience in a comparable HR Specialist-level role.
Experience delivering training through multiple formats including in-person, virtual, online, and multimedia methods.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information to audiences at all organizational levels.
Strong organizational and program coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to quickly learn and utilize technology platforms for training delivery and reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Experience working with HRIS platforms, especially Workday modules such as:
Core HCM
Compensation
Talent Management / Talent Optimization
Experience serving as an HRIS administrator or trainer.
Experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Background in talent acquisition, performance management, or employee training programs.
