Adecco Staffing is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our US HR team. This role is responsible for leading key Human Resources functions while serving as a trusted partner to business leaders in a growing international organization.
The HR Business Partner will oversee a broad range of HR responsibilities including recruiting and interviewing candidates, onboarding and hiring, compensation support, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, policy enforcement, performance management, and training/development initiatives. This role will also partner closely with leadership to define and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and employee engagement.
This position offers a strong mix of strategic and hands-on HR work, along with opportunities to contribute to larger project-based initiatives that may extend across multiple business units and global teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about making a meaningful impact within an evolving international business.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization

Pay Details: $45.00 to $48.00 per hour
