Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire an HR Generalist to work for a client in Plano, TX. This role is onsite. Duties include:
-Source and screen candidates for open roles
-Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers
-Maintain job postings and update the company website and job boards
Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding
Ensure paperwork, processes, and timelines are completed accurately
Coordinate employee milestones (e.g., annual reviews, key dates, birthdays)
Serve as a coordinator for onboarding and select recruiting activities
Support employee retention and satisfaction initiatives
Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback
Assist with annual review coordination and tracking
Act as a point of contact for general employee questions and support

Skills and Requirements
Previous experience in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or HR generalist support
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable interacting with candidates, employees, and vendors
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with onboarding processes and HR systems preferred
