We are seeking highly motivated and experienced 100% Commission Based Full-Desk Recruiters to join our team. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, and completing a write-up of prospective candidates, to conducting phone/video interviews, managing the deal process, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and be familiar with sourcing candidates as well as various recruitment tools and strategies. Must be a people person and a self-starter!

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals

- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

- Conduct phone/video screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for our clients' open positions

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions

- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track progress throughout the recruitment process

- Conduct reference checks and background screenings on selected candidates

- Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate compensation packages

- Maintain relationships with current and future clients

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or Corporate Recruiter

- In-depth knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (PC Recruiter, Salesforce, Bullhorn)

- Familiarity with talent management systems

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

- Strong understanding of HR sourcing strategies and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Employee Satisfaction:
