- Serve as a trusted business partner to plant leadership, shaping HR strategy and organizational effectiveness
- Lead and evolve talent management processes, including succession planning, development, and learning initiatives
- Drive the full talent acquisition process in partnership with centralized recruiting to attract top talent
- Champion employer branding efforts to strengthen the site's reputation in the local market
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, policies, and audit requirements
- Implement and support compensation and benefits programs that drive engagement and retention
- Act as the key HR liaison between site leadership and regional/corporate HR, ensuring alignment and execution of HR initiatives

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience (we welcome high-performing HR Generalists ready to step into leadership)
- Demonstrated experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, multi-department or matrix environment
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or similar operational environments preferred
- Strong working knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and core HR processes
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and build trust with leaders and employees at all levels
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day execution
