A client of Insight Global is seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead complex, highimpact change initiatives across enterprise programs and own endtoend change strategy and execution. This individual will develop and implement integrated change approaches that drive adoption, sustained use, and proficiency while minimizing resistance and disruption. Partnering closely with project managers, communications teams, training teams, and senior leaders, this individual will ensure the people side of change is fully aligned with technical delivery. Operating with a high level of autonomy, this role requires strong judgment, enterprise influence, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while mentoring other team members as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute change management strategies for complex, highimpact initiatives from planning through sustainment
Lead change efforts across multiple concurrent projects
Assess change impacts, stakeholder readiness, and resistance; translate insights into actionable plans
Partner with senior leaders to provide peopleside risk, readiness, and adoption recommendations
Collaborate with communications and training teams to align messaging with frontline realities
Coach managers and stakeholders on effective change leadership behaviors
Define, track, and report on adoption and utilization metrics; adjust approach as needed
Design and oversee measurement activities

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management and/or Project Management supporting enterprise initiatives
Proven ability to lead projects endtoend with strong stakeholder and workflow management
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executives and senior sponsors
Experience navigating complex, crossfunctional organizational environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Prosci certification (strongly preferred) or other change management certifications
Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience
Training or learning & development background
