salary: $62,500 - $72,500 per year

Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations & Investigation: Serve as a primary resource for resolving employee issues through thorough analysis and investigation, ensuring adherence to policy and fair practices. Deliver critical conversation coaching and guidance to management.
  • Legal Compliance: Assist with policy implementation to comply with federal and state employment laws, and review performance evaluations and termination recommendations to ensure legal compliance.
  • Management Guidance: Provide guidance and counseling to management staff on personnel matters, including performance management, discipline, and fair employment practices.
  • Talent Development: Facilitate management and staff training, covering topics such as sexual harassment, Drug Free Workplace, FMLA, and policy review.
  • Recruitment & Morale: Assist with recruitment, manage the job posting program, coordinate company-sponsored employee events, and serve as an advocate for employee needs by providing policy and benefit information.
  • Administrative Duties: Complete monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and coordinate responses to unemployment claims and attend appeals hearings.
