Salary: $115,000 - $125,000/annually + Bonus

What Youll Do Strategic Business PartnershipCoach & Advise: Act as a consultant to managers on team structure, performance management, and effective coaching techniques.
Drive Development: Partner with leadership to identify talent gaps and implement strategies for employee growth and retention.
Navigate Complexity: Serve as the primary point of contact for US employee relations, managing cases with fairness, consistency, and a compliant approach.
Performance Support: Lead managers through progressive discipline, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and terminations when necessary.
Champion Culture: Promote a respectful, inclusive environment that reinforces our core values and keeps engagement high.
US Labor Expert: Ensure all people operations align with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Policy Evolution: Support the rollout of HR initiatives and partner with leadership to refine the employee handbook and company policies.
Workforce Support: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for every new hire.
Experienced: You bring 35 years of HR experience , specifically in an HRBP or Generalist capacity.
Relational Expert: You have a proven track record in handling sensitive employee relations and performance management cases.
Knowledgeable: You possess a solid foundation in US employment law and modern HR best practices.
Agile: You are comfortable in high-growth environments where "ambiguity" is just another word for "opportunity."
Balanced: You have the unique ability to balance employee advocacy with the overarching priorities of the business.
Experience supporting Sales, Go-to-Market, or Technical teams .
Experience working with distributed or global teams (specifically US + India).
