Primary Purpose:
Direct and manage the districts human resources function. Responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of human resource programs, including professional and auxiliary staffing, wage and salary administration, leave administration, performance appraisal, employee relations, and workers comp. benefits. Recommend and implement legally sound and effective human resource management programs, policies, and practices. Responsible for policy development and revisions. Oversee health services & safety and security departments.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelors degree in human resources, public or business administration, education administration, or equivalent
Masters degree in Educational Administration or related field
