Salary & Package - Clear Progression:
Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience) Basic Salary: 27,000, increasing to 28,000 after 12 months First-Year Earning Potential: 29,000 - 30,000 including commission Full training and support provided
Experienced Recruitment Consultant
28,000-29,500 basic salary dependent on experience
OTE: 31,000 - 34,000
Senior Recruitment Consultant Basic Salary: 32,500 Commission/OTE: 36,000 - 38,000 Car Allowance: 400 per month, or option of a company car
About the Role: Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates Identify and win new business through sales calls and face-to-face visits Mentor and support junior consultants (Senior role) Work towards achievable performance and sales targets with full support
