Required Skills
BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of HR operations, recruiting coordination, or administrative experience
Familiarity with HRIS systems, performance management tools, e.g., Lattice
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Dependable, proactive, with a high work ethic
Comfortable working independently in remote and hybrid settings
Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams preferred
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with fast-paced startup or small company environments
Familiarity with remote onboarding platforms escalating collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
Knowledge of federal, state, and HR regulations
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Several years of experience in HR operations, recruiting/coordinating, or performance management
Recent hands-on experience supporting remote/hybrid teams strongly preferred
Other Requirements
Ability to work flexible hours and occasionally travel if needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfort working with tribal governance and diverse work environments
