Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Hybrid Remote Onsite 2-3 Days onsite preferably
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports key areas of the talent acquisition department, includes but not limited to;recruitment, screening, metrics & analytics, candidate experience, compliance, tools & technology, and employment branding. Serves as a front-line contact for Talent Acquisition Department and contributes in carrying out various Talent Acquisition programs, projects and process improvements. The TA Coordinator is detail oriented, well organized, and good with collecting and analyzing data.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Generate formal employment offer letters;relocation agreements, promotion and transfer letters for internal employees
Assist with various recruitment activities: position management, open requisitions, post job, source talent, and scheduling interviews
Participates in the post-offer process including but not limited to: background checks, pre-employment paperwork, verifications, reference checks etc. And the communication to all individuals involved
Create work order requests, track agency requests, contracts and agreement with vendors;partners with finance on Agency Purchase Orders
Assists with the development and implementation of talent acquisition policies and procedures
Analyze data, summarize metrics information, conduct recruiter disposition audits, prepare regular weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports
Coordinate candidate travel with third party vendor and process candidate expenses
Builds job aids, process maps, workflows and various marketing materials
Provide support and instructions to Hiring Managers for all recruiting related requests/questions
Assists with maintaining talent acquisition tools and technology
Maintain and organize talent acquisition folders
Manage and oversee social media content and measure success. A strong dedication to content creation, staying up-to-date on trends, and increasing candidate interaction
Act as the internal ATS champion, and communicate with HRIS Manager in regards to system enhancements and updates
Respond to candidate questions regarding application status, system troubleshooting, employee referral status and other general questions
Prepare Affirmative Action data for third party preparer;responsible for reviewing the ATS system to ensure accuracy and remain in compliance with California state law and Affirmative Action Program;assist with community outreach efforts
Participates in other cross-functional process improvement projects as necessary
Provides administrative support to Senior Manager and recruiting team
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
A minimum of 2+ years of pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Corporate sector work experience and/or 2 years human resources experience
Ability to organize and disseminate information efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills and prioritization abilities. Understanding of general talent acquisition policies and procedures Good knowledge of affirmative action programs Excellent time management, organization, and follow up skills Excellent analytical skills and presentation skills Strong interpersonal capabilities, customer service orientation Strong communication skills both written and verbal Outstanding knowledge of MS office application skills (Word, Excel, PP and Outlook)
