The opportunity Delaware North Global Headquarters is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst with deep expertise in leave administration to join our Human Resources team in Buffalo, New York. In this role, you will play a key role in the administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of leave programs and selected benefit plans, including retirement programs, for both union and nonunion team members. Pay Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $79,900 - $107,800 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Analyze and manage leave requests and claims by determining eligibility, coordinating pay continuation, and aligning with managers and HR partners Lead return to work and accommodation processes through collaboration with Human Resources, Legal, and third-party administrators Advise on complex leave and benefits interactions involving paid time off, workers' compensation, and disability programs Prepare and oversee leave documentation, notices, medical certifications, communications, and accurate record keeping Administer U.S. and Canadian benefit programs, including health, disability, life, leave, wellness, and retirement plans Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, union agreements, and regulatory requirements through audits, controls, and policy application Support program operations by maintaining records, tracking eligibility, and guiding consistent application of benefits and leave policies More about you Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, or a related field required; MBA is a plus Minimum of five (5) years' leave experience in a progressive HR department, and benefits experience required. Demonstrated knowledge of Workday with the ability to quickly learn HR system functionality Comprehensive understanding of various employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, disability coverage, and spending accounts Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel and analytics capability Certified Employee Benefits Specialist or SPHR designation is preferred Shift details M-F Source: Casino Careers
