We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to help fuel the growth of a legendary Las Vegas hospitality destination. In this role, you aren’t just "filling seats"—you are the first point of contact for the future faces of our brand.

You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to manage the high-volume candidate pipeline, ensuring a fast, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who applies. From initial phone screens to representing us at local hiring events, you’ll be the engine that keeps our hiring process moving.

salary: $23 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Heavy Volume Sourcing: Manage the top-of-funnel for all departments. You will spend a significant portion of your day on the phone, pre-screening candidates to ensure only the best fits reach our hiring managers.

  • Talent Acquisition Partnership: Work alongside the TA team to hit aggressive staffing targets and keep the pipeline moving for both entry-level and management roles.

  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with department heads at the casino, lodge, and pubs. You need to understand their specific operational needs to find the right cultural and technical fit.

  • Content & Postings: Write and manage clear, effective job descriptions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our postings stay competitive and accurate across all platforms.

  • Scheduling & Logistics: Take ownership of the interview calendar. You’ll coordinate high-volume interview loops and ensure a professional experience for every candidate.

  • Event Representation: Lead our presence at job fairs and community hiring events. You’ll be the "boots on the ground" identifying talent in the local market.
