Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate based on experience (weekly pay)
Schedule: Day shift, Mon-Fri 8-4:30pm, No nights or weekends

• Support recruiting and onboarding activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing new hire paperwork
• Assist with employee records, data entry, and HR documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and basic HR support
• Coordinate orientations and help new employees get off to a great start
• Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Collaborate with leadership to support staffing needs and workforce planning
• Help create a positive, welcoming workplace environment

Must-Have

• 1+ year of administrative or HR support experience (or relevant education)
• Strong communication and people skills
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or staffing
• Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systems
• Experience working in manufacturing or a fast-paced environment
• Associate or bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field
