Job Description

Inter-Con Security is seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager to lead and support a dispersed team focused on corporate and overhead hiring. This role is critical in driving recruiting execution, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and helping scale processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds strong relationships, and is excited to improve recruiting execution, communication, and process consistency.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters

Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process

Ensure timely delivery against recruiting goals and SLAs

Review and improve candidate submittals and hiring manager communications

Support recruiters on complex or high-priority searches

Drive accountability, visibility, and team performance

Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements

Partner cross-functionally with HR, operations, and systems teams

Support adoption of recruiting tools and evolving processes

Help foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture

Additional Responsibilities:

Work in partnership with leadership to manage Clients in areas related to recruitment / transition activities

Partner closely with the SD of Corporate Talent and recruiting leadership on team effectiveness, workload balance, and organizational support

Hold recruiter team accountable for understanding and complying with individual contract requirements

QualificationsOther requirements or competencies:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce and coach others on concise, high-quality candidate summaries and business communications

Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset

Comfortable working in environments where structure is still developing

Required Qualifications

3–5+ years of recruiting leadership experience

Background in agency recruiting, high growth start-up or high-volume environments

Experience improving recruiting processes or workflows

Exposure to ATS/CRM systems and recruiting technologies

Work Environment

This is an onsite role in Pasadena, CA
