LeaderStat is growing! We're seeking a driven, relationship-focused Healthcare Recruiter to join our post-acute staffing team in Powell, Ohio. As a nationally respected healthcare staffing firm, LeaderStat partners with post-acute and acute care organizations across the U.S. to deliver top-tier talent and solutions.

• Source, recruit, and place healthcare travelers in assignments across the country.

• Develop a strong pipeline of candidates using cold calling, referrals, job boards, social media, and creative sourcing strategies.

• Conduct detailed phone screens and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and fit.

• Review resumes and references thoroughly to ensure candidates meet both credentialing standards and client expectations.

• Maintain compliance by verifying professional licenses, background checks, and required documentation.

• Build long-term relationships with your candidates, providing top-tier service, consistent follow-up, and support throughout each assignment.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stay aligned with LeaderStats service goals and values.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience (2+ years)

• Prior experience recruiting within a VMS/MSP environment preferred

• Excellent communication skills and comfort working over phone, video, and digital platforms

• A track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals
