The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for developing, leading, and executing the organizations human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company. This role oversees all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, compensation, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization
Maintain expert knowledge of employment laws, regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging trends in human resources, talent management, and workplace technology
Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and direction to four Regional Human Resource Managers
Lead executive-level recruitment efforts for General Managers, corporate support team positions, and hotel leadership roles
Research, design, and implement competitive compensation structures, employee benefits programs, performance appraisal systems, and employee incentive initiatives
Oversee administration of compensation, benefits, leave management, talent development, succession planning, and annual Open Enrollment processes
Serve as the primary resource for complex employee relations matters, human resources concerns, benefits questions, and organizational challenges
Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with operational and business objectives
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum of seven years of progressive human resources management experience required, with multi-unit or hospitality leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance
Proven leadership experience managing teams and supporting executive-level decision-making
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

The total compensation pay range is between $185,000 - $215,000 per year.
