Overview

Were looking for a detail-oriented, service-minded Benefits Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our employee benefit programs. In this role, youll be a key point of contact for benefit questions, partner closely with vendors, and coordinate with payroll and accounting to ensure accurate deductions, billing, and plan contributions. Youll also help keep our benefits experience clear, compliant, and employee-friendly-especially during Open Enrollment.

What Youll Do

+ Serve as the first point of contact for employee and consultant benefits questions; research and resolve issues with empathy and discretion.

+ Administer retirement plan activity by processing 401(k) deferral/loan changes and uploading weekly contributions.

+ Upload weekly HSA and FSA contributions and troubleshoot discrepancies as needed.

+ Monitor vendor error files and reporting; coordinate corrections and follow-through.

+ Track new-hire enrollments and partner with payroll on required setup or deduction adjustments.

+ Distribute required plan documents at enrollment and annually, ensuring timely and compliant communications.
