We are partnered with a high-growth, dynamic biopharmaceutical organization and are seeking a versatile and proactive Talent Acquisition Professional (Manager / Senior Manager) who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Location : New York, NY (Financial District) Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday / Remote: Wednesday, Friday) Role Type: Full-time, Individual Contributor Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 (Flexibility up to $150,000 for Senior Manager level) Annual performance bonus and significant equity opportunities. Must have specific experience recruiting across divisions in life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical field sales team recruitment. High proficiency with the Greenhouse applicant tracking system and deep sourcing expertise using LinkedIn and other platforms. The ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment with a strong sense of urgency. High level of discretion, strong organizational skills, and an analytical approach to problem-solving. Your Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment & Direct Sourcing: Manage a fluctuating volume of 5 to 20 open roles at a time, proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates without relying on external coordinators. ATS Management: Own the administrative and scheduling tasks utilizing Greenhouse for a seamless candidate journey. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define role competencies and move talent through the pipeline efficiently. Process Enhancement: Partner with the HR team to streamline recruitment practices, build the employer brand, and take ownership of ad-hoc project management initiatives. Sourcing Strategy: Design and execute diverse talent acquisition strategies including direct outreach, employee referrals, and managing search firm relationships. Please submit your resume to apply!
