About the position: In this role, you'll strategically build a client base through consistent outreach, visit clients onsite, collaborate with hiring managers to design staffing solutions, conduct candidate interviews, and provide mentorship and guidance to jobseekers as well as internal staff members. You'll be the face of our company, building trust and rapport with key decision-makers. This role involves account management, developing and implementing service delivery plans, and overseeing the development of the branch team. But here's the best part - you won't be doing this alone.
