Recruiting HR Administrative Assistant

We are partnering with a growing company in East Phoenix to hire a Recruiting HR Administrator for a 3-month contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both recruiting and HR operations. You'll play a key role in keeping the hiring process organized, efficient, and candidate-focused. This is fully onsite, Monday-Friday, paying up to $25/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full-cycle recruiting process from scheduling to onboarding
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Post job openings and assist with sourcing candidates
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks and projects
  • Maintain accurate employee and candidate records

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with ATS or HRIS systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
