LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting our manufacturing client in Southfield, MI in their search for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a collaborative environment and excellent long-term potential.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This individual will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to coordinate recruiting activities and support hiring initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information and status updates
Assist with job postings on internal and external platforms
Support onboarding processes, including offer letters, background checks, and new hire documentation
Track recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed
Partner with recruiters and HR to support high-volume hiring initiatives
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and organizational information
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR systems preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
