Job Description
We are seeking a Communications & Change Management Specialist to support enterprise and divisional initiatives through clear, accurate communications and practical change enablement content. This role is responsible for translating complex technology and business topics into concise, user-friendly messaging and materials for employees and leadership teams.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven experience creating business communications, supporting organizational change initiatives, and developing employee enablement content in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
This position requires strong writing and editing capabilities, operational coordination skills, and the ability to independently research, evaluate, and summarize complex information with accuracy and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver clear, effective internal communications supporting enterprise and divisional initiatives
Create and maintain change management and adoption materials, including:
Job aids
Communication plans
FAQs
Training and enablement content
SharePoint content updates
Translate complex business and technology concepts into easy-to-understand communications
Support change adoption efforts through strategic messaging and employee engagement content
Coordinate communication timelines, logistics, and content updates across multiple initiatives
Partner with stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to ensure messaging alignment and consistency
Maintain and update content within Microsoft SharePoint environments
Create presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint
Perform basic video editing to support communication and training initiatives
Operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-expectations environment with shifting priorities
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in internal and/or external communications
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills
Experience drafting and developing business communications
Experience creating and updating job aids and enablement documentation
Hands-on change management experience supporting organizational initiatives
Strong operational coordination and logistics skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
Basic video editing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to independently research, analyze, and summarize complex information accurately
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-visibility environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation or technology initiatives
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Familiarity with employee engagement and change adoption strategies

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
