Performance Manager / Performance Management Specialist
Job SummaryA Performance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring systems th improve employee and organizional performance. The role focuses on setting performance standards, tracking KPIs, conducting evaluions, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting employee development to ensure business goals are achieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Performance Planning & Stregy- Design and maintain performance management programs and processes
- Develop Key Performance Indicors (KPIs) and performance metrics
- Align employee goals with organizional objectives
- Support stregic workforce planning initiives
- Coordine employee performance reviews and appraisal cycles
- Monitor employee productivity and departmental effectiveness
- Conduct performance evaluions and provide recommendions
- Cree and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Ensure fair and consistent evaluion practices across departments
- Analyze performance da, trends, and workforce metrics
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management
