Title: Compensation Analyst Department: Human Resources Compensation: $60-70k Location: Valhalla, NY 100% in-office Job Summary Provides analysis and support for job evaluation, base pay, and incentive programs. Responsibilities Conduct job evaluations to ensure consistent job standards and support development of accurate job descriptions. Maintain salary structures and job hierarchy, using market data to assess competitiveness and internal equity. Analyze compensation trends and support development of annual pay increase budgets. Perform compensation analyses and recommend solutions to support retention and organizational goals. Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to determine competitive compensation for new hires. Advise HR partners and leaders on compensation practices, policies, and decisions. Qualifications/Requirements Experience: 3+ years of compensation analysis experience. Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications: CCP certification preferred.
