Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in merchant services, payments, and client onboarding.
  • Must-have: Merchant Services experience (NOT general payments/accounting). Ideal candidates will have:
  • Experience with merchant onboarding and account/product setup.
  • Understanding of credit card processing rails and merchant-facing operations.
  • Ability to understand Level 3 data, chargeback processes, and client documentation (KYC).
  • Strong background in data entry, quality control, and peer review.
  • High degree of professionalism with strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with account boarding systems a plus.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Perform high volume data entry, account boarding, and quality control checks for new merchant accounts.
  • Support our Merchant Services Onboarding team.
  • This role is a HEAVY data entry - keying in "add locations" and data entry tasks.
  • CRM Systems
  • Help develop and implement the 100% QC process for location additions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate with peers to identify and address errors, ensuring proper remediation processes.
  • Monitor account boarding workflows and suggest process improvements to enhance speed and accuracy.
