The HR Employee Relations Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Employee Relations team, helping ensure a fair, consistent, and positive workplace environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is detailoriented, highly organized, and eager to learn the foundations of employee relations, compliance, and workplace investigations.

Employee Relations Support
- Assist with intake and documentation of employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues via Auxiliary ticketing system
- Support ER team members in coordinating meetings, interviews, and followups related to investigations.
- Maintain confidential case files, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with recordkeeping standards.
- Help track case progress and deadlines to ensure timely resolution.

- Prepare correspondence, meeting notes, summaries, and reports for the ER team.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for ERrelated activities.
- Assist with data entry, tracking, and maintenance of ER metrics and dashboards.
- Support the distribution and communication of HR policies and updates.
