Recruiting Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the hiring and onboarding process for new employees. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Support employee onboarding and hiring processes Maintain accurate employee records and documentation Assist with scheduling orientations, interviews, and trainings Communicate with candidates, employees, and management Provide administrative support to the HR department Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply Previous office, administrative, or HR experience is a plus Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour based on experience
