The Employee Relations Advisor is responsible for promoting a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and employee relations practices. This role works closely with leaders and employees to address workplace concerns, support investigations, and foster a healthy organizational culture. Key Responsibilities: Handle employee relations matters, including performance issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions. Provide guidance to employees and supervisors regarding company policies, procedures, and labor compliance. Conduct internal investigations and maintain confidential documentation. Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Collaborate with different departments to promote HR best practices.
