About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in attracting and hiring talent to support the company's continued growth. This position will support recruiting efforts across a variety of business areas and partner closely with hiring managers and the HR team throughout the hiring process.

What You'll D o
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
Support recruiting efforts across multiple departments and levels within the organization
Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, educational institutions, and other recruiting channels
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
Create and maintain job postings and recruitment-related documentation
Maintain accurate records and activity within the applicant tracking system
Help support recruiting operations, hiring workflows, and process improvements
Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives as needed

What You'll Need to Succeed
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, HR, or a related field
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and hiring processes in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree and experience in a highly regulated industry preferred
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools preferred
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable building relationships across all levels of the organization
