The Senior Human Resources Coordinator provides professional-level support across a broad range of human resources functions and initiatives. This role partners with employees, managers, and the HR team to support recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, compliance, HR reporting, and organizational initiatives. The Senior Human Resources Coordinator exercises independent judgment and discretion in coordinating HR processes, interpreting policies, handling confidential information, and supporting day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

**This position is located onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma **

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Personally exhibits, promotes, and supports behaviors consistent with Company Core Values and leadership expectations

Responsible for supporting and promoting a culture of safety and compliance

Assisting the administration and coordination of recruiting activities, onboarding, orientation, and employee transitions

Assist with the design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs aligned with organizational goals

Facilitate training sessions and employee learning initiatives both virtually and in person

Administer and maintain the organization s learning management system, including reporting, user support, and training assignments

Support benefits administration by responding to employee questions, assisting with enrollment activities, and coordinating communication related to benefit programs

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and Company policies

Assisting preparing, analyzing, and distributing HR metrics, workforce reports, audits, and other business reporting

Support HR investigations, documentation, corrective action processes, and employee issue resolution as appropriate

Maintain employee records and HR documentation with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy

Participate in HR process improvement initiatives, audits, and cross-functional projects

Serve as a resource to employees, collaborating with leadership and departments across the organization to support HR programs, policies, procedures, and workforce needs

Collaborate effectively with leadership and departments across the organization to support workforce and business needs

Serve as primary backup for HR Administrative Assistant

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Perform all working accordance with ISO processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources experience preferred

Working knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and HR best practices

Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment regarding confidential and sensitive information

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Experience working with HRIS systems and learning management systems preferred

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing business needs

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

No supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or business preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Previous experience supporting multiple HR functions

Previous office and administrative experience required

Proficiency in using learning management systems and other related software preferred

Knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations strongly preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS :

SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee is required to use computer and other equipment.

Physical requirements include frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds. The role also requires close vision and the ability to clearly focus.
