JSG is recruiting for a dynamic Human Resources Generalist in downtown Wilmington, DE, where youll play a pivotal role in shaping our HR functions, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. This contract to potential direct hire role is 100% on-site and offers the chance to make a real impact within a collaborative environment, with potential for growth. Pay $30/hour Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of progressive HR experience, emphasizing employee relations, leave management, and talent acquisition Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Exceptional interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus Nice to Have Skills: Experience managing ADP Recruiting module and SparkHire platform Familiarity with benefits administration and compliance reporting Ability to develop employee engagement strategies and support process improvements Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline Over 2 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced or corporate setting SHRM-CP or PHR certification highly regarded Johnson Service Group, Inc.
