In this role, you'll help ensure our hiring and onboarding processes continue to run smoothly during this project. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, thrives in high-volume recruiting, and wants to make a real impact by helping people start their careers in a mission-driven organization. The role offers an annual salary rate of $63,180, adjusted proportionally to reflect the 5-month term of the position. ________________________________________ What You'll Do You'll play an essential role in keeping our recruitment and onboarding efforts moving forward. Your work will help ensure candidates have a positive experience from application to first day. In this role, you will: Support high-volume recruiting efforts by sourcing and reviewing candidates Keep job postings active, accurate, and up to date Help maintain and grow relationships with campus pipelines and student candidates Manage key onboarding steps such as background checks and drug screenings Assist with student onboarding and entry processes as needed Provide support across recruiting and HR operations during system testing and transition work Help ensure a smooth, consistent experience for candidates and hiring managers ________________________________________ What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience 1. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in human resources, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field; or 2. Associate's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in human resources, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field; or 3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in human resources, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field.
